THOMASTOWN SELF STORAGE
Thomastown, Victoria

A compact and secure self-storage development carefully integrated into an established APCO service-station site.

Located at 228–234 Settlement Road, the project introduces a dedicated self-storage facility within an existing 5,580-square-metre commercial site containing an APCO service station, fuel canopy, car wash and work bays.

The 539-square-metre storage building contains 32 ground-floor units in two practical sizes. The single-level arrangement provides convenient direct vehicle access from dedicated loading and unloading aisles, supporting straightforward customer movement and efficient operation.

The site plan coordinates the new facility with the existing service-station buildings, customer parking and vehicle circulation. Security fencing and automated gates control access to the storage area, while new landscaping, signage and a restrained commercial material palette establish a clear identity without competing with the established APCO operation.
