How we assess enquiries
We consider your relevant project experience, workmanship, registration, service area and capacity, together with your approach to communication and collaboration.
1. Initial review
We review your enquiry to understand your business and how your experience aligns with our residential projects.
2. Follow-up conversation
Where there is a potential fit, we contact you to discuss your experience, availability and approach to working with architects and clients.
3. Further information
Before considering you for a tender invitation, we may request the supporting information below. We’ll explain what is needed at that stage.
4. Project opportunities
When a suitable project arises, we may contact you to confirm your interest and capacity before issuing a tender invitation.
Submitting an expression of interest does not guarantee a tender invitation or appointment. Invitations depend on the requirements of each project and the builder’s suitability and availability.
Supporting information checklist
You do not need to provide this with your initial enquiry. If we progress your application, we may ask for:
Business details: legal entity, ABN, directors and incorporation date, where applicable.
Registration and insurance: evidence of relevant builder registration and insurance.
Relevant projects: two or three examples outlining the scope, floor area in m², approximate contract value, planned and actual construction duration, and any significant changes to scope or cost.
References: relevant architect, client or trade references, with permission to contact them.
Current workload: a brief overview of projects underway and your capacity to take on further work.
Site supervision: who would supervise the project and their relevant experience.
