Our advice is independent and is not tied to a particular bathroom supplier or product range.

A focused session for clients who need help resolving their bathroom direction before committing to a design or renovation.

Includes:

This option provides advice only and does not include drawings.

Bathroom Concept Design

A tailored concept for one bathroom, ensuite or powder room.

Includes:

  • Design brief and project review

  • Review of existing conditions or new-build plans

  • Up to two preliminary layout options

  • Preferred bathroom plan

  • Fixture and vanity locations

  • Storage and lighting direction

  • Tile, material and colour concept

Bathroom Design + Documentation

A detailed design package suitable for builder and trade pricing.

Includes everything in the Concept Design package, plus:

  • Existing and demolition plan where required

  • Dimensioned proposed bathroom plan

  • Internal bathroom elevations

  • Vanity and bathroom joinery design

  • Preliminary lighting and electrical layout

  • Plumbing fixture coordination plan

  • Tile layout and set-out intent

  • Fixture and fitting schedule

  • Finishes, materials and colour schedule

  • Two three-dimensional design views

  • Up to two consolidated revision rounds

  • Digital drawing and specification package

  • Documentation suitable for obtaining builder quotations

Complete Bathroom Design + Coordination

For clients who want continued design support during quoting and construction.

Includes the Bathroom Design + Documentation package, plus:

  • Builder and trade briefing

  • Review of up to three comparable quotations

  • Coordination with nominated consultants and suppliers

  • Review of vanity or specialist shop drawings

  • Responses to reasonable design queries during construction

  • Up to two local construction-stage site meetings

  • Review of the completed work against the architectural design intent

Commercial projects may require input from an access consultant, building surveyor, hydraulic engineer, mechanical engineer, structural engineer or fire consultant. The required consultant team will be identified during the initial project review.

Our process

  1. Brief — We discuss who will use the space, functional requirements, budget and preferred design character.

  2. Review — We inspect the existing bathroom or review the proposed architectural plans.

  3. Plan — We test fixture positions, circulation, privacy, storage and service implications.

  4. Design — We develop the materials, fixtures, lighting, vanity and architectural details.

  5. Refine — The design is presented and updated following consolidated feedback.

  6. Document — You receive the agreed drawings and schedules for pricing or construction.

  7. Coordinate — If engaged, we assist with consultants, quotations and construction-stage queries.

Important information

Standard package prices are based on one bathroom or ensuite of conventional complexity. Large luxury bathrooms, multiple rooms, commercial amenity groups, accessible facilities and complex alterations will be quoted according to scope.

Final waterproofing systems, falls, substrates, drainage, penetrations and installation methods must be confirmed by the builder, licensed trades and the selected proprietary systems.

Builder, consultant, permit, certification, engineering, building-surveyor, product-supply and installation fees are not included unless expressly listed in our proposal.
