A high-capacity urban self-storage facility combining three levels of internal storage with reception, customer facilities and externally accessed drive-up units.

Developed for a 7,485-square-metre site at 1–5 Photography Drive, the project provides approximately 7,656 square metres of floor area across three levels.

The main building incorporates a reception and office, customer amenities, internal storage compartments, vertical circulation and secure access. Separate drive-up storage units provide convenient vehicle access, with provision for additional external units as demand increases.

Black aluminium, grey metal cladding, painted precast concrete and Storage King’s distinctive yellow branding give the substantial building a clear commercial identity while articulating its scale.
