A three-storey expansion that extends the established GreenSpace Storage facility with secure, commercially efficient storage and integrated customer facilities.

Located at 14–15 Success Court within the Geelong Ring Road Employment Precinct, Stage 2 occupies the remaining western portion of the GreenSpace Storage site and builds upon the operational framework established by Stage 1.

The three-storey building provides approximately 12,974 square metres of floor area. Storage units are supported by internal parking, loading bays, office space, customer amenities and vertical circulation, allowing the facility to respond to increasing demand while maintaining secure and practical day-to-day operation.

The site plan coordinates the new building with the existing storage facility, customer parking, loading areas and internal vehicle circulation. The architectural response continues the contemporary commercial identity of Stage 1, while integrated landscaping and stormwater measures—including a 10,000-litre rainwater tank—support the wider development.
