A contemporary service station combining fuel, food and convenience retail within a cohesive commercial destination.

Designed for APCO Service Stations, the project brings together a fuel forecourt and a substantial retail building containing an IGA-format shop, café seating, deli, fresh-food displays and supporting amenities.

The architecture uses a robust commercial material palette—including precast concrete, blockwork, metal cladding and timber-look aluminium—to create a practical, durable building with a clear public identity. Carefully planned customer, service and vehicle movements support the complex operational requirements of the site.

The project also responds to its semi-rural setting through integrated landscaping, controlled signage and considered stormwater management.
